Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services INVIA provides business insights and financial operations automation through a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for SMEs. Our packages include: • Free Package o Limited Sales Dashboard o Sales and Customer Scoring o Customizable Sales Charts • Essential Package o Business Performance Scoring o SOPs o Business Insights Dashboard o 2 hours/week post-implementation ERP Support • Pro Package o All features of Essential o Business Planning and Budgeting o ERP setup (Master Data Import, Training, Go-Live) 2. Subscription Terms • Free Access: Users can access limited features at no cost. INVIA reserves the right to restrict, modify, or discontinue freemium access at any time. • Paid Packages: Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance. • Upgrades/Downgrades: You may upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. • No Lock-in: All subscriptions are month-to-month. Either party may cancel with no penalties. • Late Payments: Services are suspended if payment is not received by the due date. 3. Data Usage and Privacy • Data uploaded to the platform (including sales, invoices, and financial records) is confidential and processed according to our Privacy Policy. 4. Eligibility and Legal Use • The service is intended for businesses only. • Users must be authorized to represent the business entity and bind it contractually. • Use of INVIA for illegal financial activity or to conceal transactions is strictly prohibited. 5. Data Protection & Hosting • INVIA complies with Egyptian data localization and protection standards. • All client data is stored in encrypted environments on secure, region-compliant cloud infrastructure. 6. Compliance and Reporting • INVIA may assist clients with business insights related to tax and operations but does not replace licensed tax or legal advisors. • Clients are solely responsible for complying with Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) rules, e-invoicing requirements, and any applicable reporting. 7. Limitation of Liability • INVIA offers tools and insights but is not liable for business decisions made based on platform recommendations. • In no event shall INVIA be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 8. Intellectual Property • All dashboards, algorithms, UI/UX designs, and scoring models are the intellectual property of INVIA. • Clients may not copy, replicate, or resell any part of the platform or its outputs. 9. Termination • INVIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse freemium limits. • Upon termination, data may be retained for regulatory or legal purposes as per Egyptian law. 10. Dispute Resolution • These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. • Any disputes shall be resolved through the Economic Courts of Cairo.
